A man injured in an e-cycle crash in Winston-Salem has died from his injuries, police say.

The Winston-Salem Police Department says the crash happened at the intersection of Silas Creek Parkway and Hawthorne Road on Tuesday night. Mikal Isaiah Carter, 26, was transported to a local hospital following the collision and died Friday as a result of his injuries.

The investigation is continuing, and no additional details were available at this time.
