The Fieldale Volunteer Fire Company will celebrate its 80th anniversary with a community event on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 7, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 70 Marshall Way, Fieldale.
The celebration will feature Legendz Band, a cruise-in, Scuffle Hill Brewing Co. beer garden, food trucks, local vendors, a fire and smoke house, bounce house, and the Fieldale Pool will be open.
A fireworks display is scheduled for 9 p.m.
The event commemorates 80 years of service by the Fieldale Volunteer Fire Company, which was established in 1946.
